Matrix ONE is a six-story office and laboratory building in Amsterdam Science Park, designed for disassembly with over 90% of its materials reusable. It serves as a model for circular architecture and sustainable design.
Over 120,000 individual components are registered on the Madaster platform, providing insights into materials and CO₂ storage. More than 90% of the building’s materials can be reused in the future.
